    I recommend a Manager Training Session on what unlimited PTO really means. I’ve seen some managers who are very lax and some who are very strict. It’s important that you are all on the same page so employees feel like they are being treated fairly.

    We rolled out an unlimited PTO plan a few months back. Make sure to update your company handbook and communicate the upcoming changes to employees. Manager training is more important than any of the above. With unlimited time off comes having to deal with accountability. You really have to trust your employees are executing and make sure they trust you in return. Setting clear goals is a must.
