Adrian Gajda, People Manager

Before entering the HR field, Adrian started his Vita Coco career in its Accounting department.

“After a couple of years working in Accounting at Vita Coco, I was asked to handle payroll internally for the company. From sitting alongside my colleagues in the HR office and listening to their daily conversations, I became intrigued by the field of Human Resources because it offered a chance to improve the lives of our employees. In conjunction with Vita Coco’s Director of People, we convinced our CFO to let me start picking up some HR related projects and tasks. Five years later, I’m the People Manager at Vita Coco and haven’t looked back since.”
